Agenda pertama adalah proses penandatanganan kesepakatan antara BP2MI dengan pemerintah daerah, lembaga pendidikan, lembaga keuangan dan lembaga lainnya. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Universitas Aisyiyah Surakarta (AISKA) menjadi salah satu lembaga ketiga yang bekerja sama dengan BP2MI dalam masalah perlindungan tenaga kerja. Bapak Exda Hanung Lidiana, S.Kep., Ns., M.M., S.Kep., Ns., M.M., selaku Kepala Urusan Internasional dan Kerjasama Universitas Aisyyeh Surakarta merupakan perwakilan yang hadir dalam acara tersebut. Pihaknya berharap penandatanganan Memorandum (MoU) ini dapat memberikan perlindungan kepada lulusan AISKA yang telah menjadi TKI.

Hal itu sebagai bentuk dukungan dan rasa terima kasih negara kepada para TKI yang telah menjadi pahlawan mata uang Indonesia.
